Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide outstanding service.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and cancellations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continual Learning: Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active NY State Customer Service License is required
Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles, especially within the insurance or financial sectors
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-Oriented: A genuine passion for helping clients and ensuring their satisfaction
