Salary Range: $30000.00 - $35000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Assist clients with their insurance inquiries, providing information and guidance as needed.

Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information.

Claims Assistance: Support clients with claim submissions and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.

Customer Support: Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Licensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in professional office customer service or insurance-related field desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Client-Focused: Commitment to delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships. Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in an in-person office setting. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
