Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Funeral Director and Embalmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in funeral directing and embalming and must possess all necessary licenses and certifications required by the state.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all aspects of funeral arrangements, including meeting with families to discuss and arrange funeral services according to their wishes.
- Coordinate and direct funeral services, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and professionally.
- Perform embalming and preparation of deceased individuals with care and respect.
- Manage funeral home operations effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide support and guidance to grieving families throughout the funeral process.
- Collaborate with staff and external service providers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
- Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in funeral directing and embalming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with grief counseling and support services.
- Knowledge of local and state funeral regulations.
