Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Funeral Director and Embalmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in funeral directing and embalming and must possess all necessary licenses and certifications required by the state.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct all aspects of funeral arrangements, including meeting with families to discuss and arrange funeral services according to their wishes.
• Coordinate and direct funeral services, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and professionally.
• Perform embalming and preparation of deceased individuals with care and respect.
• Manage funeral home operations effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Provide support and guidance to grieving families throughout the funeral process.
• Collaborate with staff and external service providers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

• Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in funeral directing and embalming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with grief counseling and support services.
• Knowledge of local and state funeral regulations.
