This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides primary, behavioral, and dental healthcare to the residents of Rhode Island.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience
• Language Differential – 5% Additional Salary

Responsibilities:

• Schedule:
• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with One Day per Week (10:00 AM – 6:30PM)
• Periodic Rotation of Saturday Hours Replacing One Weekday
• Holiday Rotation of 1-2 Holidays per Year with Holiday Pay and Holiday Premium Pay

• Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) for an Adult Population
• Provide a wide range of clinical and care coordination services to clients served by the expanding Integrated Home Health Team.
• Serve individuals who have been diagnosed with serious and persistent forms of mental illness, predominantly but not exclusively the schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
• Office-based role.
• Periodic instances when services are provided in the community
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrist/advanced practice nurse, case managers, peer specialists, substance abuse specialists and nurses.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and clinical intervention with the goal of improved independent function.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services/Healing Arts
• Current And Active License in Rhode Island Required
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• 1 Full Year of Clinical Experience Preferred
