Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met proactively.
Policy Administration: Handle the administration and management of clients' insurance policies efficiently.
Consultative Selling: Assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to enhance their protection.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities for account growth and to provide exceptional service.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry changes and new products to better serve clients and advise them accurately.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.
Experience: 2 years of prior experience in customer service or insurance roles is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Client Focus: Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
