Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Meet new business production goals and objectives set with your Agency owner.

Develop insurance quotes, make customer presentations, and close sales.

Contact prospective customers by telephone, email and/or text.

Grow sales revenue by personal relationship building with potential customers

Follow-up to assure customer has information, answers to questions and insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Job Requirements:

General Lines Property & Casualty Texas insurance license is required.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Capable of handling customer rejection.

Strong verbal and written communication.

General Lines Life, Accident, Health license not required but highly beneficial.
