Responsibilities
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.Policy Maintenance: Assist clients with policy updates, changes, and billing inquiries to ensure accurate coverage.Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and clear communication throughout.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
