Responsibilities:
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance-related inquiries and needs effectively and promptly.
Policy Updates: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring their insurance coverage remains optimal and up-to-date.
Problem Resolution: Resolve client issues and concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our insurance products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions, ensuring all information is updated in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Customer Focused: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting client needs.
