Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide outstanding support to policyholders by addressing inquiries and assisting with their insurance needs.
- Policy Management: Help clients navigate their insurance policies and explain coverage terms clearly.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates within the system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about insurance products and services through ongoing training and education.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Minnesota Insurance License.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on empathy and clarity.
