Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Primary Location

Salary Range: $16 - $20 per hour

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Making policy changes
• Reviewing policy renewals to maintain client retention
• Fostering customer relationships
• Providing exceptional service to our clients

You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive the support and assistance they need.

Licensing: Candidate must have an active Texas Property & Casual License.

The ideal candidate for this position must:

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn
• Be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Having a passion for customer service and assisting others is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Less than one year of experience is required
