Salary Range: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service to clients by responding to inquiries and addressing their needs effectively.
Policy Support: Assist clients with their insurance policies, offering clarification and guidance as necessary.
Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive service delivery and support company objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of products and services.
Requirements
Licensing: Active North Carolina Property & Casualty and Life & Health License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. AAA Insurance a PLUS
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer Focus: A genuine desire to provide outstanding service and support to clients.
