Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Insurance Policy Support: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, including coverage details, terms, and conditions.
Claims Processing: Facilitate and guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
Policy Updates: Help clients update their insurance policies as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized client records, including policy details, endorsements, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
Insurance License: Must hold an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing and documentation.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
