Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Receive Phone calls requesting changes/quotes to existing polices. Complete changes/requests, complete endorsements and collect premium when applicable.
Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding and managing their insurance policies, ensuring they have the best coverage for their needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and other departments to coordinate and provide seamless service to clients.
Client Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty to Corporate Four Insurance.
Requirements
Licensing: Active MN Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: 2-3 years prior customer service experience within the insurance industry is highly beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
