Responsibilities

• Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Using your presentation skills, youll be developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and assisting with policy changes.
• Using your attention to detail, you'll be issuing insurance documentation, taking payments, and updating client information.

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• 2-5 Years of Insurance and Customer Service Experience
• Basic computer software knowledge including the use of Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive attitude with professional office etiquette.
