We are Farmers Insurance agency that our clients can put their auto and home insurance with. As an insurance customer service representative, it is your friendly and trustworthy face/voice that greets our clients and defines the customer experience. You will be the point of contact they deal with most frequently, and it will be your care and empathy that will ensure our clients continue to do business with this agency for years to come.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
Deepening relationships with customers by offering additional insurance products
Providing excellent customer service by processing payments & reporting claims
Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating insurance policies and coverage as needed
Prospecting and generating new business through cross-sell & up-sell opportunities
Cross-selling existing customers
Maintain & Process customer files
Help meet agency goals through independent and collective teamwork
Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Requirements
Property and Casualty license required for Job
Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs
Strong computer skills
Must have ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
