About the Job
The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties and insurance customer service duties as directed by the agent or associates. The position does require the applicant to have an active 220,440 or 2044 insurance license and prior insurance experience. Please upload your resume.
Base salary of $37,000 to $58,000 based on experience. With opportunity to easily earn commission and bonus opportunity.
Salary Range: $37000.00 - $58000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Document each customer contact in agency management software.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Return all phone and email messages promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Look for cross sell opportunities of existing clients and follow procedures to retain clients.
Requirements
- Must hold an active 220 , 440 or 2044 license.
- Prior insurance experience required.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
