We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary based on experience, ranging from $16 to $18 per hour. As a vital member of our team, you will handle a variety of customer service tasks, including answering phones, responding to basic emails and inquiries, processing endorsements and payments, gathering quote information, and providing support on the production side. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance with inquiries and requests.
- Respond to basic-level emails and questions promptly and professionally.
- Process endorsements and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Gather necessary information to generate insurance quotes for clients.
- Assist with back-end underwriting tasks and ensure all required documents are properly managed.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support agency operations.
Requirements
- License Requirements: An active Florida Insurance 220 or 440 License is required.
- The preferred candidate would have 1+ years in the insurance industry.
