Were seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to be the backbone of our office. Youll assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries, all while supporting the sales team behind the scenes. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely or in person.
Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities: $19.00 - $30.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Client Support: Handle policy inquiries, billing issues, and claims processing to ensure clients feel supported.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with updates, issue insurance cards, and ensure all policy documentation is current.
- Claims Assistance: Be the first point of contact for clients filing claims, offering guidance throughout the process.
- Office Organization: Manage administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and overseeing office supplies.
- Sales Team Support: Process paperwork, applications, and assist the sales team with client details to help streamline operations.
- Communication Liaison: Ensure prompt client communication, relaying messages to team members and following up as needed.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Licensed: Must hold an insurance license before starting the position.
- Customer Service Expertise: A genuine passion for helping clients and ensuring they feel valued and heard.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep the office running smoothly.
- Claims & Policy Knowledge: Experience assisting clients with claims and policy changes is a plus.
