Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Sales Account Executive - Primary Location

Farmers Insurance is actively seeking a dedicated and highly motivated LICENSED INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in one of our East Valley offices with day time shift variations, evenings off, and weekends as needed.

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Sales Account Executive, you'll work within defined guidelines to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for multiple Property & Casualty personal line products. You will assist members with new and existing Farmers Insurance policies to deepen their relationship with the company.The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, and certifications.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Answering Inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
• Identify, evaluate and understand needs to consistently provide complete, accurate advice, and solutions for insurance products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain AZ Property & Casualty License
• Must be able to obtain a AZ Life & Health License
• Experience providing outstanding Customer Service
• Time Management Skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals

• Bilingual is a plus but not required
