We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Provide clients with payment options and assistance as needed.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
