The Christine Lieber Agency - American Family Insurance was established in 2016 with a mission to educate our clients on the importance of being properly covered and protecting what matters most. Our team consists of two dedicated agency personnel, a three-person off-site quoting team, and a licensed staff focused on billing and claims issues. As we continue to grow in 2024, we're looking to add a motivated individual to our top-performing team.

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency. This role is full-time and requires a candidate who can exceed customer service standards while assisting both current clients and prospective customers. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide training to ensure you succeed in our dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests efficiently.
• Verify and update customer contact information with each interaction.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective clients.
• Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

• Licensing: Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty License.
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
