Salary Range: $55000.00 - $99000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and addressing their insurance concerns.

Policy Review: Analyze client policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients in filing claims, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring timely resolution.

Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risks and exposures to recommend comprehensive insurance packages.

Client Education: Educate clients on insurance products, coverage details, and policy features to empower them to make informed decisions.

Licensing: Active New York State insurance license required

Experience: Previous experience in insurance account management or customer service preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately manage client records and policy information.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
