We are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dedicated team. This role requires a strong background in personal lines insurance, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Youll be responsible for managing and servicing our existing client base, ensuring they receive top-notch support. This position offers a competitive salary, with pay negotiable based on experience, plus the potential for annual bonuses based on retention and carrier bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Answer and make phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries with precision and accuracy.
- Quote all lines of business for personal lines insurance.
- Endorse policies and manage policy changes effectively.
- Enter detailed notes into the computer from conversations with insureds, underwriters, and the boss.
- Work closely with carriers such as Safeco, Travelers, and Progressive, and potentially Barton, Foremost, Palomar, Openly, or Hagerty.
Requirements
- License: Must hold an active Property & Casualty License.
- 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the use of the "AutoSum" function.
- Experience working with Safeco, Travelers, and Progressive is required; experience with Barton, Foremost, Palomar, Openly, or Hagerty is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, good morals, values, and common sense.
- Ability to work from home while maintaining confidentiality and following security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in email etiquette and conveying the severity of messages with delicacy.
- Willingness to allow us to reach out to past/current employers for references.
