Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored advice to meet their unique requirements.
Inbound Calls: Professionally handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
Policy Creation: Develop customized insurance plans based on clients' specific needs and preferences.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' coverage by recommending additional insurance products.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid insurance producer license required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
