Our agency continues to drive growth through exceptional customer service and we are looking for individuals who are ready to contribute to that long term growth. Base salaries starting at 40K to 60K based on experience with average commission/bonuses adding an additional 20k to 40k to your compensation.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives as established.

Generate new business by working in office leads and cross selling present clients.

Provide extraordinary customer service.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must have ability to multi-task.

A Property & Casualty license is required.

Prior Property & Casualty sales experience is required.

Prior insurance agency experience is required.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Being Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.

This is NOT a remote position.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize.

Be technology proficient and able to use computers very comfortably.
