Job Description
Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As part of our team, we are looking for a In Office Licensed Insurance Producer who can contribute to maintaining this high standard of service. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and quoting prospects. The ideal candidate possesses an active Property & Casualty License (required), Insurance Experience, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to assist others are essential qualities. We offer Bonus Opportunities, Paid Time Off, and a Monday through Friday Work Schedule. The hourly wage for this position is $15.50 - $20 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Use excellent relationship-building talents and create a trust to maintain client retention and product loyalty.
- Answering inbound service calls to handle and maintain customer claims.
- Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Answer inbound service calls and look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell clients while also reviewing current policy coverages.
- Prepare and present quotes to clients using accurate underwriting.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED. Associate degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS
- 1+ years of Insurance experience preferred
- Ability to work in office.
- Experience using a multiline phone system and utilizing computer software.
- Maintain a positive, professional working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Able to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
