Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer personalized advice.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing queries and providing solutions to clients' concerns.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client policies by offering additional coverage options.
Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Paul Sanchez Allstate.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to deliver knowledgeable insurance guidance.
Requirements
