We are now accepting resumes for Insurance Sales Agents for our agency in Winston-Salem, NC. This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Experienced Licensed Agents earn around $45 - 55,000 per year on average. However, our Top Experienced Licensed Agents earn $65,000+. A Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer License is required for the position. Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of all products.
- Prospect and generate new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of our customer over the phone.
- Educate customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
