Successful, well established State Farm Agency is seeking a licensed, energetic professional to join their winning team as a Licensed Personal Lines Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role you will work in an office setting, providing exceptional customer service by phone and in person through value-based conversations.
Experience in quoting and selling insurance products is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed.
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Property & Casualty license (required).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Skilled at problem solving.
- Dedication to customer service.
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
- Ability to work wellin a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent.
