Salary Range: $75000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with prospects to assess their insurance requirements and offer personalized guidance.
Inbound Calls: Manage incoming Sales calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and proposing effective solutions with a One Call Close bundling attempt.
Policy Customization: Create and recommend insurance plans that align with each client's individual needs.
Cross-selling/Bundling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional policies in Sales call
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to our Agency.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide well-informed recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid/Current Active Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Prior Insurance Sales experience in insurance P&C sales with proven track record of hitting and exceeding Sales Goals!
-Experience and proven track record with "One call close" with high bundling percent
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
