We started in 2013 as a scratch agency and will hit $8.25 million in premium by the end of this year and want you to join our team to grow with us. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with to build your own referral network throughout the community.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to close sales and meet sales goals including selling 1-2 Life Policies per month.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be utilizing warm leads to develop insurance quotes.
- Utilizing your negotiation skills, youll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.
- Thoroughly understand market trends and products and carefully listen to each client to ensure you can educate and advise them on the best policies to fit their unique needs.
- Manage a team of sales specialists to obtain agency goals.
Requirements
- An Active KS License is Required.
- 1-2 Years of Sales Management Experience in Any Industry
- Basic computer software knowledge.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Detail-oriented and goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Handle yourself professionally in all communication including professional phone and office etiquette.
