Licensed Insurance Sales - Watson Allstate Agency

The Watson Agency is seeking a Licensed Outbound Insurance Sales Representative to join one of the top teams in Washington! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on Property & Casualty insurance.

You must have or obtain your Property & Casualty license, no experience necessary. No experience? Will pay 100% of licensing and training!

Our training and resources are top of the industry, and you will be given all tools and resources need to be successful with our agency. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Live into daily goals and measurables by writing new P&C insurance from leads that are provided by the agency
• Ensure that the Watson Agency Sales Processes are followed on a consistent basis with all prospects
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the Customer Management System
• Responsible for consistent and regular follow-up with all prospects accordingly
• Responsible for accurate underwriting
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance

Must have or obtain your Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License

Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
