Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients while nurturing existing client relationships to understand their insurance requirements.
Policy Consultation: Provide personalized insurance policy options and advice to clients, ensuring their needs and experiences are at the forefront of every interaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives and targets to drive company growth.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, underwriting protocols, and industry developments to offer expert guidance to clients.
Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain client records and sales documentation to ensure seamless service delivery and internal operations.
Requirements
Licensing: Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales domain.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focused: Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs.
Sales Driven: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
