Salary Range: $34000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Marketing/Networking: Establishing relationships by using Circle of Influence/Social Media/Cold Calls/Warm Leads provided by Agency.
• Quoting and Issuing Policies: Create and deliver quotes for different lines of business.
• Appointment Setting
• Selling/Cross-selling: Closing sales for new and existing customers to meet required sales goal.

• Must have, or obtain, General Lines Property and Casualty License within 30 days of hire. (Study Program Provided)
• Preferably bilingual, although not required
• Must be coachable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Enthusiasm and belief in the role Insurance plays in peoples lives.
