Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Assist with benefits administration for clients as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to analyze clients' situation and needs, and recommend the appropriate insurance solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
