Once paid training is completed, you'll be a part of our rapidly growing Insurance team offering protection plans to our existing and new customer base, through our channel of over 30 A+ Carriers in Iowa and Florida!!
This position does offer work from home status, once all your 90-day onsite education is completed and your progress is assessed. During these 90 days you must demonstrate the ability to adhere to our processes, guidelines, and compliance company standards, with little to no supervision, prior to working from home.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to agency standards of compliance
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements through company standards.
- Protect and update primary contact information with each existing customer.
- Provide on-going support to our clients as needed including recommending additional plans of protection.
- Prospect, generate & acquire new business through PAID provided leads & referral sources after your PAID training!
- Generate and provide multiple digital coverage proposals and how it may or may not impact their lives by your recommendations
- Be outstanding in relationship building and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Help us foster stronger relationships within our existing base of communities, while growing our high level of standardized expectations of experiences
Requirements
- You must complete the Assessment, prior to any phone interview
- Possess or have the ability to acquire an IOWA Personal Lines Insurance license prior to your Day 1
- Current or prior sales experience is preferred as you will be expected to close at a high rate (35%+)
- Any additional licenses are optional and encouraged for additional income. You will be provided the necessary internal support including paid time off to acquire them!
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude that works well both as a team player and independently with little supervision
- Strong work ethic with potential leadership skills who is driven and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up with Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Experience in Windows 10/11 and all applicable OS programs. These will be used daily.
