Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential clients, understanding and assessing their insurance needs thoroughly.
Support Services: Provide exceptional support to current policyholders, ensuring their insurance plans are up-to-date and tailored to their current needs.
Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed set sales targets.
Plan Customization: Offer personalized insurance plans to clients, optimizing both cost-effectiveness and coverage.
Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the insurance sector to maintain a competitive edge.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing their satisfaction and maintaining their trust in our services.
Requirements
Licensing: Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is encouraged.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.
