Salary Range: $35000.00 - $68000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with potential and existing clients to identify their insurance needs.
Custom Solutions: Develop tailored insurance plans that address the specific requirements of each client.
Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client interaction.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads and follow up on potential client inquiries.
Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details for future reference.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and celebrate opportunities to offer competitive insurance solutions.
Requirements
Active Florida Property & Casualty License is mandatory.
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales tools.
