We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a flexible work environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve peace of mind. You will be responsible for conducting annual reviews, generating leads, and meeting sales goals. This position offers a base pay of $17/hour, with additional commission and bonus opportunities, allowing you to grow your earnings significantly. You can work remotely, in a hybrid capacity, or onsite based on your preference.

Responsibilities
- Conduct annual insurance reviews with clients
- Cross-sell various insurance and financial products
- Generate and manage leads
- Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
- Volunteer for Saturday appointments when necessary
- Represent the agency at community and networking events
- Participate in the agencys social media marketing efforts
Requirements
- GA Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- GA Life insurance license (or obtain within 2 months of hiring)
- Sales experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software
