Job Description:
We are looking for a new Insurance Sales Representative to join our team!. This position involves following up with potential customers from warm leads and other lead sources. This opportunity presents an exceptional chance for individuals to advance their insurance sales careers. We want everyone to work independently but encourage collaboration. You must have a Property and Casualty License and at least 2 years of insurance experience. Work locations: in-office (Carlsbad, CA), in-field or virtual per business priorities and personal productivity. (Discuss w/ Mgr)
Responsibilities
- Use excellent rapport skills to establish trust and provide honest and empathetic interactions.
- Follow-up sales opportunities from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Actively listen to and address the clients objections and concerns.
- Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- Develop insurance quotes and Close sales.
- Create effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- California Property & Casualty License AND Life & Health Licenses REQUIRED.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales OR life sales REQUIRED.
- Can show demonstrated experience with Artificial intelligence.
- An associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
