Tony Necoechea Farmers Insurance in CULVER CITY, California, is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full Time Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our agency. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport-building, and time-management talents to ensure you are providing the best experience for your clients.

No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

Are you currently selling another product outside of the insurance industry, a student or graduate struggling to decide on a future career, or somebody with no experience who is interested in beginning a career in insurance? This is the perfect fit for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $24000 base salary and can earn at least an additional $20000 in commission during their first year.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop new Financial Services opportunities.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Prior Sales Experience.
