Job Description:
Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking a dynamic, result oriented, independent and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representative with no financial buy-in, to join our team and help drive the growth of our agency in a 26-state region. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and expand our client base by prospecting, qualifying, and closing leads while providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options that best fit their requirements. You must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance License, 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, and great communication skills.

Based on experience, may make up to $100,000 per year with base + commission + bonuses + performance. This position starts with a base salary but we highly encourage and reward for Renewal, Along With Earning Equity In Your Book.
Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Base Pay For A Newly Licensed Or Inexperienced Individual For Their First Year: $35,000 Plus Commission. Both New And Renewal, Along With Earning Equity In Their Book.
May make up to $75,000 per year (base pay, commission, bonuses, experience, performance)
Base Pay For A Licensed, Experienced Individual In This Position: $45,000 Plus Commission. Both New And Renewal, Along With Earning Equity In Their Book.
May make up to $100,000 per year (base pay, commission, bonuses, experience, performance)
Provided Leads from our network of Professional Partners (Mortgage and Real Estate professionals)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other provided lead sources.
- Conduct thorough needs reviews and recommend suitable insurance products to clients.
- Present and explain insurance policy options, terms, and conditions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position AnnieMac Insurance as the preferred choice.
- Assist in training new Sales Professionals
- Handle confidential information in accordance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License Required
- 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Proven track record of success in Personal Lines Insurance sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
