Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Actively engage with prospective and current policyholders to discern their unique insurance needs, providing expert, personalized guidance.
Sales Initiatives: Take charge of the full sales process from lead generation to closing, using persuasive techniques and thorough knowledge of insurance products.
Portfolio Management: Build and manage a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Customized Solutions: Develop and propose comprehensive insurance solutions to address a variety of client needs, enhancing policyholder satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about the latest developments and offerings in the insurance market to remain competitive and deliver up-to-date advice.

Requirements
Licensing: Active New York Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: A deep commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive personal performance.
