Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Insurance Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various insurance products, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring client needs are met.
Policy Management: Assist clients in managing and updating their insurance policies, ensuring all details are current and correct.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Maryland Property & Casualty License.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related field is required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Oriented: Demonstrates a keen focus on providing top-tier customer service.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent at building and maintaining client relationships.
Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to success.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools preferred.
