Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Build clientele via warm leads and maintaining retention.
• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and cross sell.
• Assist clients with payments and policy changes.
• Educate and advise clients.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License required, licensing assistance available.
• 3+ years insurance sales or customer service experience required.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software proficiency.
• A team player who is self motivated and goal oriented.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and make decisive decisions.
• Professional communication skills.
