Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $40,000 and our top earners made $20,000 in commission last year."

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Actively participate in developing relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Policy Advising: Offer professional advice on the best insurance options available to suit individual client requirements.
- Sales Target: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities and fostering a proactive approach to challenges.
- Networking: Cultivate strong community connections to enhance business relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of insurance products and services to remain competitive in the industry.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License is Required
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance-related roles is advantageous.
- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify customers' needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
