Salary Range: $2500 - $4500 per month

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Complete tasks to maintain and nurture new business leads.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Build ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other referral sources.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Genuine willingness to learn, with a coachable attitude.
- Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
