As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business, developing relationships, and providing exceptional service to both existing clients and new customers. • Meet new business production goals and objectives set by the agency
• Build and maintain networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, and other referral partners
• Provide expert consultation to clients on appropriate coverage, underwriting, and rating for new accounts
• Carry out marketing strategies designed by the agency to grow your book of business
• Develop client relationships from cold leads, showing initiative and urgency
• Ensure diligence with follow-ups and meet minimum monthly sales production targets

• Property and Casualty License required
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is essential
• Ability to persevere through challenges and demonstrate a strong self-starting attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult with clients on coverage options
• Strong follow-up skills and commitment to meeting production goals
