Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and current clients, analyzing their insurance requirements and offering personalized advice.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries efficiently, addressing concerns and proposing effective solutions.
Policy Tailoring: Devise and recommend insurance packages that align with each client's specific needs and preferences.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by suggesting additional policies or products.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of industry updates and developments to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.
Requirements
Licensure: Active Washington State Property and Casualty License preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
