We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage an existing client book, prospect for new business, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also assist in policy reviews and cross-sell opportunities while adhering to a goal-driven, process-oriented approach. With a base salary and bonus opportunities, your year-end compensation will range between $50,000 - $75,000+. We also offer 2 weeks PTO and a Simple IRA plan to help you plan for your future.

Responsibilities
- Cross-sell to existing clients to meet their evolving insurance needs
- Conduct client policy reviews to ensure proper coverage and identify upsell opportunities
- Prospect for new business sales and referrals to financial services representatives
- Deliver best-in-class customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Actively ask for referrals from satisfied clients to grow your book of business
- Follow up with clients through established systems and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Must have a 440 or 220 FL insurance license
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to be coachable and trainable
- Strong goal and activity focus, with an ability to follow established processes
- A team-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment
